3.1   Surfing on www.zukunftsarena.ch

Purpose: T-Systems Schweiz AG operates the https://www.zukunftsarena.ch/ website and its subpages ("Website") to provide you with a digital overview of future and past trade events as well as our innovation platform.


Data categories: When you visit our website, the web server temporarily records the domain name or IP address of your computer, the file request of the client (file name and URL),the http response code and the website from which you visit us (together "server log files"). The logged data is used for data security purposes, in particular to defend against attack attempts on our web server.They will not be used to create individual user profiles nor will they be passed on to third parties.

Storageperiod: The server log files will be deleted after a fault and security check has been carried out, unless there are good reasons for longer storage. We reserve the right tocarry out the statistical evaluation of anonymised data sets.

Legal basis: We rely onthe legitimate interest in trouble-free website operation within the meaning ofArt. 6 para. 2, Art. 31 para. 2 FADP.

Data recipients: The website is operated on behalf of our web hosting provider Webflow, Inc., 39811th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA94103, USA (hereinafter: Webflow). Webflow participates in the Data Privacy Framework EU-USA and the Data Privacy Framework between Switzerland and USA and has certified their compliance (https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/list). If the Data Privacy Framework is declared invalid or does not apply in an individual case, the data will betransferred on the basis of the DPA with the standard contractual clauses recognised by the competent authorities and with the implementation of suitable and proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data concerned. The server log files are stored in secure data centers of AWS Inc., USA, ISO27001-certified.

3.4 Google Maps

We use Google Maps to display maps, locations and for route planning. Google Maps isoperated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. By embedding Google Maps, your IP address is transmitted directly to Google and a cookie is stored as soon as you visit such a website. 3.5  Social Media Bookmarks

This website contains bookmarks or pictograms of social media networks (such as Facebook, Youtube or LinkedIn) with which you can recommend the Zukunftsarena and offers of T-Systems Schweiz AG to your friends and acquaintances. To ensure that you have full data control, these bookmarks and pictograms only establish direct contact between the respective social network and the visitor when you actively click on the button (1-click solution). Only by clicking on the pictogram will you be directed to the company page on the respective social media platform. The social media platforms as well as the third-party content providers who can be reached via the pictograms provide these services and the processing of their data on their own responsibility. By activating the social media plug-in or link via the pictogram, also for sharing content, the following data can be transmitted to the social media providers: IP address, browser information, operating system, screen resolution, installed browser plug-ins such as Adobe Flash Player, previous website if you followed a link (referrer), the URL of the current website, etc. The next time the page is ccessed, the social media plug-ins are again provided in the pre-set inactive mode, so that it is ensured that no data is transmitted when the page isvisited again.

4. Events

Purpose: We collect and process the personal data of your registration and participation for the planning and implementation of events.

Data categories: This is all personal information that you submit as part of the event registration,e.g. surname, first name, telephone number, e-mail, role, company details.

Storage period: Byregistering and participating in free events, you agree to be contacted for advertising purposes (see checkbox). In this case, we will store your registration data until you revoke it. Upon receipt of the revocation, we will store your contact details with a blocking notice as well as the opt-in and opt-out data for evidentiary purposes from the revocation declaration in order to ensure the permanent technical protection of the advertising ban. If you prefer data deletion instead, we ask you to inform us accordingly.

Legal basis: We base the use of registration data in the context of event planning and implementation on the performance of the contract within the meaning of Art. 31 para. 2 lit. a FADP; for the use of marketing and mailing campaigns after the event, your consent within the meaning of Art. 31 para. 1 FADP is the legal basis.

Data recipients: The registration forms stored on the website are operated via the platform aanmelder.nl of the provider Aanmelder B.V., Netherlands. Details ona anmelder.nl data protection can be found here: https://www.aanmelder.nl/en/privacy/.

For customer communication by e-mail or telephone in accordance with your consent, by submitting the registration form, your personal data will be stored and processed in our CRM system. We use the services of the provider Salesforce.com Germany GmbH, Germany. If you have given us your consent to marketing and mailing, we will collect email usage information (sending, openings, clicks) via this system in order to improve our mailings and marketing for you and toprovide you with more relevant information. If you no longer agree to this, you can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in the email or directly by emailing ts-ch@t-systems.com.

5. Disclosure of personal data to third parties and abroad

Data will be passed on to companies affiliated with T-Systems Schweiz AG, Deutsche Telekom AG and its direct and indirect subsidiaries to the extent necessary for internal administrative purposes (e.g. for central accounting, IT infrastructure or customer service). If you have given us your explicit consent to do so, these companies may also contact you for the consented purposes. To ensure the protection of your personal data, we have implemented binding Corporate Rules (BCR).

 

To processors, i.e. companies to whom we contractually or within the framework provided for by law transfer the processing of personal data, Art. 9 FADP (service providers, vicarious agents). T-Systems Schweiz AG will continue to be responsible for the protection of your personal data in this case. We commission these service providers in particular in the following areas: IT, sales, marketing, finance, consulting, customer service, human resources, logistics, printing. An assignment is always made on the basis of an agreementon order processing and under the implementation of suitable and proportionate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data concerned. If disclosures are made abroad in individual cases, we base them on an appropriate level of data protection or on suitable guarantees, such as the standard contractual clauses recognised by the competent authorities.

To cooperationpartners and sponsors who provide services for you or services under their own brand in connection with the Zukunftsarena on their own responsibility. If you have given us your explicit consent to do so, these companies may also contact you for the consented purposes.

6. Rights of data subjects

You havethe right to:

a) request information on the categories of personal data processed, processing purposes, any recipients of the data, the planned storage period (Art. 25 and 26 FADP);

b) to request the correction or completion of incorrect or incomplete data (Art. 6para. 5 FADP and Art. 32 para. 1 FADP);

c) revoke aconsent given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 6 para. 6 FADP);

d) object to data processing that is carried out on the basis of a legitimate interest for reasons arising from your particular situation (Art. 30 para. 2 lit. bFADP);

e) to demand the deletion of data, insofar as there are no statutory retention obligations, contractual obligations or other legitimate reasons to thecontrary (Art. 6 para. 5 FADP);

f) to demand the restriction of data under certain conditions if deletion is not possible or the obligation to delete is disputed (Art. 30 FADP);

g) data portability, i.e. You can receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a common machine-readable format, such as z.B. CSV, and, if necessary,transmit it to others (Art. 28 and 29 FADP).

If you assert any of your rights as a data subject set out above, it may be necessary for us to re-collect certain personal data in order to review and process your request.
